1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScoutClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ScoutClaw is an AI-powered sourcing agent for Amazon FBA sellers. The Service:

  • Scans publicly available product listings from retail websites
  • Matches products to Amazon ASINs using automated algorithms
  • Calculates estimated profit margins based on current pricing data
  • Delivers curated deal reports via Telegram

ScoutClaw is a research and sourcing tool. We do not guarantee profits, specific deal availability, or the accuracy of any pricing data at the time of your purchase. Prices change frequently, and you are responsible for verifying all information before making any buying decisions.

3. Subscription Plans

ScoutClaw offers the following plans:

  • One-Time Scout — $29 one-time payment for a single delivery of 10 curated deals across all categories, with ASIN matching and full Excel + Telegram delivery
  • Weekly Scout — $79/month (or $756/year) for 12 deals every week (4 reports/month), all categories, 5 on-demand scans per month, ASIN matching, and full Excel + Telegram delivery
  • Daily Scout — $149/month (or $1,428/year) for 15 deals every weekday at 7 AM, all categories, unlimited on-demand scans, 24-hour early access to top-margin deals, highest-ROI prioritization, ASIN matching, and full Excel + Telegram delivery

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. The One-Time Scout plan is a single purchase and does not renew.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. ScoutClaw does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the deals provided
  • Failure to use the service during a billing period
  • Changes in Amazon pricing or product availability after report delivery
  • Inability to access Telegram or technical issues on your end
  • Deciding the service is not right for you

By purchasing any ScoutClaw plan, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We encourage you to start with the One-Time Scout plan ($29) to evaluate the service before committing to a recurring subscription.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to receive reports through the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

To cancel, message our Telegram bot or contact us directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share ScoutClaw reports with non-subscribers
  • Use automated tools to extract data from our reports at scale
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our sourcing algorithms or scraping methods
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse, harass, or send inappropriate messages to the bot
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations

7. Intellectual Property

All ScoutClaw content, including report formats, algorithms, branding, and website design, is the intellectual property of ScoutClaw. Reports are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be redistributed.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

ScoutClaw provides deal data on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Retail prices may change between the time of scraping and when you view the report
  • Amazon prices fluctuate and may differ from our estimates
  • ASIN matching, while highly accurate, is not guaranteed to be 100% correct
  • Profit margin calculations are estimates and do not account for all possible fees (storage, returns, etc.)

You are solely responsible for verifying all deal information before making purchasing decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of inventory value, or any damages resulting from purchasing decisions made based on our reports.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScoutClaw in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination for violation:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Access to the bot and reports will be revoked immediately

11. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ScoutClaw may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Retailer website changes requiring scraper updates
  • Third-party service outages (Telegram, Stripe, etc.)

We will not issue credits or refunds for temporary service interruptions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
